About the role:

Responsible for maximizing revenue of the Service Contract program within Capital Equipment Technical Service.  Support the development of  and effectively markets our Service offerings for all supported divisions.  Partners with Marketing to develop and maintain the Service sales strategy, pricing, and campaigns.  Increases customer satisfaction and exceeds revenue targets.

 

Your responsibilities include:

 

Sales Management

  • Promotes and supports the execution of the Service Sales program
  • Executes a tactical plan to exceed revenue goals: Ensure that we are meeting contractual obligations and exceeding quarterly revenue targets
  • Conduct cross-functional meetings to facilitate the development and execution of sales strategy
  • Understand the customer’s expectations and develop strategies to exceed those expectations
  • Lead the design and implementation of a work environment to ensure the Inside Sales and Contract Administration team consistently exceeds customer expectations
  • Evaluate and redefine necessary processes to continuously improve key operational metrics
  • Provides regular reporting on the health of the program through key metric review
  • Provides effective feedback to Sales and Marketing on improving service offerings
     

Leadership:

  • Identify and anticipate operational challenges and work towards resolution
  • Perform all staffing-related activities including recruiting, hiring, on-boarding, goal-setting, monitoring, measuring and coaching performance. Conduct regular performance reviews.
  • Perform multiple administrative duties: Create and manage the team’s work schedule. Review and approve time-off requests and timesheets.
  • Motivate, coach and mentor Sales Representative. Plan and lead team meetings.
  • Create, deliver, implement and manage individual Sales Representative Performance Improvement plans (PIPs) and Corrective Action Plans (CARs).
  • Develop and maintain a positive sales culture.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with other departments like Field Service, Technical Assistance Center, Customer care, Marketing and Business Units

 

What we are looking for:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree
  • 2+  years inside sales or 5+ year sales experience and in a people leader role
  • Good communicator with attention to detail and high level of accountability
  • Outstanding leadership experience and interpersonal skills
  • Self-starter who can set and manage priorities
  • Has strong work ethic, motivation and integrity for their work
  • Moderate level of analytical skills (preferred)
  • Experience with salesforce (preferred)
