Solution Delivery Specialist
The resource will be part of the Solution Delivery team, focusing on order automation and process improvements.
Your Responsibilities will include:
- Configure, maintain, and optimize order processing solutions (e.g., Esker and EDI) to ensure accurate, efficient, and seamless order entry.
- Contribute to achieving EMEA and local automation targets.
- Continuously drive process improvements by evaluating, piloting, and implementing new tools, technologies, and innovative ideas, while promoting their adoption across the organization.
- Identify automation blockers at both EMEA and country level, and support initiatives and projects aimed at resolving them.
- Ensure the timely completion of assigned tasks and projects while adhering to established policies, procedures, and keeping accurate documentation.
- Actively participate in knowledge-sharing activities and best practice sessions to enhance team expertise and support automation objectives.
- Support the deployment and adoption of Global Customer Experience (GCX) solutions for both internal and external customers.
- Leverage professional expertise and business knowledge to address diverse operational challenges and contribute to customer success, GCX objectives, and broader goals.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to identify, develop, and implement automation and process improvement opportunities.
- Monitor and analyze process performance, providing recommendations to enhance efficiency, quality, and customer experience.
What we are looking for:
- Strong interest in automation technologies, with a proven ability to rapidly learn and adopt new tools, technologies, and business concepts.
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills, with a structured approach to problem-solving and strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Customer-focused mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented approach and strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate within teams and across cross-functional stakeholders.
- Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently, manage multiple responsibilities, and deliver results with minimal supervision.
- Experience working with SAP and Salesforce Service Cloud.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluent in German and English; proficiency in additional languages is considered an asset.
