About the role as Traffic Coordinator
In this role you will support transportation to many Boston Scientific locations around the world from Kerkrade / Roermond.

Next to this, the traffic representative supports dangerous goods shipments, prepare applicable transport documentation, assure on time delivery of shipments and responsible for effective communication to Boston Scientific locations and forwarders. 
  
Your key responsibilities will include: 

• Assuring shipments meet the customer requirements regarding documentation, packaging and transportation and meet the forwarder cut-off times
• Assuring all activities related to traffic are in line with applicable procedures and work instructions 
• Assuring all applicable procedures and work instructions are complete and accurate according to applicable quality, legal and financial regulations
• Prepare all required transport documentation 
• Communicate and distribute updated shipping documentation to the Operations department, Quality, Facilities, Supply Chain, Demand Planning
• Assure archiving off all export related documents and correspondence
• Prepare and follow-up on special transports 
• Ensure correct investigation of damaged shipments/ customer complaints

• Education level: Intermediate (MBO+) level Experience in export documents and logistics
• Excellent communication skills 
• Good knowledge of English and Dutch (verbal communication and writing)
• Critical, accurate and stress-resistant 
• Computer literate, SAP, Microsoft windows (word/Excel)

This role starts with a fixed term-contract role (12 months) and you will work onsite at our European Distribution Center located in Kerkrade- The Netherlands.
