About this role as Training Lead/ Coordinator:

Magellan is a global business transformation program accompanying a move of our ERP system from SAP ECC to S4 HANA. Magellan’s goal is to simplify, standardize and modernize our core business processes, enabling BSC to better leverage the power of data and to position our business for profitable and sustainable growth.

We are seeking a skilled Training Lead/ Coordinator with expertise in coordinating a training program development and execution.

The successful candidate ideally has experience working with complex business systems, particularly SAP (preferably S4/Hana) as well as integrated applications across functional processes. This role requires the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Your key responsibilities will be:

1. Collaboration and Resource Allocation:
   • Work closely with project managers, business analysts, and deployment teams to develop an effective training approach.
   • Provide regular updates to relevant stakeholders through reports and meetings.
   • Escalate issues and remove barriers to team progress.
   • Foster collaboration between internal and external resources.
2. Training Coordination:
   • Plan and coordinate training activities during different phases (super user training, train-the-trainer, end-user training, etc.).
   • Define training scope and criteria for conducting and evaluating training.
   • Coordinate translation of training materials as needed.
   • Identify business trainers and manage on-site logistics for instructor-led training.
   • Participate in lesson learned discussions and exit gate reviews.
   • Oversee workstreams involved in training, ensuring alignment with project timelines.
3. Guidance and Metrics:
   • Monitor and track training progress, reporting issues or risks to project stakeholders.
   • Enhance overall training metrics and develop comprehensive measurement tools (KPIs).
4. Cross-Process Coordination:
   • Coordinate end-to-end site training execution.
   • Serve as a point of contact for arising issues and escalate as needed.

Who are we looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Change Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience coordinating training in a complex business environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

This fixed-term contract role (18-24 months) can be located in any Boston Scientific hub location in EMEA (London, Voisins le Bretonneux-Paris, Milan, Madrid, Warsaw, Dusseldorf, Kerkrade & Galway).
