Optimize the forecasting process for the EMEA Supply Chain Planning Team, based on data in our Advanced Planning System (Rapid Response) or other relevant data.  You will be part of a very diverse and professional team supporting our EMEA growth. 


Your responsibilities include:

  • Expert on data statistical forecast in SC Planning team. Developing mid and long-term forecast based on our service delivery strategy using statistical modeling.
  • Runs monthly statistical forecasting for whole team with best of class techniques to optimize Forecast Accuracy and Forecast Bias. 
  • Cooperate monthly with Divisional Planners to come to good consensus forecast.
  • Initiates and drives projects with Global Team to come to meaningful innovations in statistical forecasting.
  • Investigate and implement forecasting innovations.
  • Providing variance analysis of several key metrics (Forecast Accuracy, Forecast Bias, trends).
  • Proactively determining risk and opportunities through scenario analysis.


What we are looking for:

  • Master’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, Econometrics;
  • Advanced analytical skills, paired with relevant experience in quantitative methods (statistics, applied math, econometrics);
  • 5+ years of forecasting experience in a fast-paced business environment;
  • Demonstrated experience using statistical modeling;
  • Effectively challenges status quo and brings in fresh ideas;
  • Fast learner and proven problem solver;
  • Strong leadership skills the ability to influence;
  • Good team player and excellent communication skills: Ability to communicate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner to various levels of leadership;
  • Proven record of project skills;
  • Ability to manage through ambiguity and develop solutions.
