Key Responsibilities:
- Performs general administrative duties that may include photocopying, coordinating meetings/appointments, typing, faxing, ordering/maintaining supplies, arranging travel, preparing and/or sorting mail.
- Serves as a point of contact for customers. Contacts are typically with individuals within own organization and occasionally with contacts outside own organization and involve obtaining or providing information requiring some explanation or interpretation.
- Answers questions related to established policies and procedures. Directs people to the appropriate resource.
- Coordinates projects/assignments of broader scope, independently seeking appropriate internal and external resources as necessary such as: Assembling and distributing materials; Compiling and/or tracking data; Verifying the accuracy of data collected.
- Makes decisions within established guidelines regarding planning, organizing, and scheduling of work.
- Create and type routine documents (letters/memos/e-mails, presentations, etc.) and revises as necessary; ensures accuracy in grammar and spelling.
- Manage work in a confidential manner, ensuring information is shared with internal and external individuals in an appropriate manner.
- Achievement of Boston Scientific Quality goals and do the mandatory e-learning courses.
- Initiate and arrange the Employee Engagement and CSR programs and be the contact person for ASEAN or APAC Employee programs.
- Manage all office administrators such as Sever Room, IT collaboration, Office Building, and other Admin tasks.
- Appoint as an EHS Champion to ensure office safety is in place and collaborate with the APAC team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma holder with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in a similar role in medical devices is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications, Concur.
- Positive working attitude with pleasant personality.
- Resilient and ability to adapt to fast paced environment.
- Good written and spoken in English communication skills.
- Capable of managing tight deadlines, promptly addressing changes without disrupting schedules, and managing high volumes of work with minimal direct supervision.
- Process improvement mindset.
