• Business Requirements & Analytics Translation: Partner with stakeholders to understand business challenges, objectives and decision-making needs, and translate them into clear data, reporting and analytics requirements.
• Data Analytics & Visualization: Develop and maintain dashboards, reports and analytical solutions using Power BI and other relevant analytics tools to provide meaningful and actionable business insights.
• Data Preparation & Modeling: Extract, transform, combine and structure data from multiple sources to enable effective analysis and reporting; develop appropriate data models and measures to support business requirements.
• Insight Generation: Analyze operational and supply chain data to identify trends, performance gaps, root causes and opportunities, translating findings into actionable recommendations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in business intelligence, data analytics, supply chain analytics, business analysis, or operational excellence.
• Strong hands-on experience with business intelligence and analytics tools (e.g., Power BI or similar), with demonstrated capability in dashboard development, data transformation, data modeling, visualization, and development of analytical solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with Power Query, SQL, or similar data preparation/querying tools is highly desirable.
• Proven ability to work in a cross-functional, multicultural environment
• Self-starter with a continuous improvement mindset and strong attention to detail
