Operation Excellence Analyst

Key Responsibilities
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline operations and support continuous improvement efforts across the supply chain
- Assist in implementing and sustaining process improvements, including appropriate documentation, measurement, and change adoption.
- Support Functional Projects: Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects and initiatives from planning through implementation.
- Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and success measures, and actively track progress to completion.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams and global counterparts to align objectives, share best practices, and ensure effective implementation of initiatives
- Change Enablement: Contribute to change management activities to ensure adoption and sustainability of new processes and tools
- Support the development and execution of branding and marketing initiatives for Operations Excellence programs, capabilities, and key projects.
- Develop engaging presentations, communications, and campaign materials that translate Operations Excellence initiatives into clear and compelling messages for different stakeholder groups.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Project Management, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in project management, business operations, marketing/communications, process improvement, or related roles.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate or manage cross-functional projects and drive actions to completion
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use data to support decisions
- Proven ability to work in a cross-functional, multicultural environment
- Self-starter with a continuous improvement mindset and strong attention to detail
