Support the Head of Talent Management, Growth Markets in driving talent management and learning & development initiatives across Southeast Asia. This role plays a key part in coordinating regional talent programs, maintaining talent and learning data, generating meaningful insights, and ensuring the effective delivery of succession planning, leadership development, and capability-building initiatives. Working closely with HR and business leaders across multiple SEA countries, the incumbent will help strengthen organizational capability and develop future talent to support business growth

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support Talent Management processes – Coordinate and administer key activities including talent reviews, succession planning, performance management, development planning, and talent assessments.
  • Support Learning & Development programs – Coordinate learning programs, leadership development initiatives, workshops, and other capability-building activities, including scheduling, communications, logistics, and participant management.
  • Provide talent and learning analytics – Maintain and analyze talent and learning data, prepare dashboards and reports, track key metrics, and generate insights to support talent decisions and measure program effectiveness.
  • Manage systems and data integrity – Maintain accurate employee, talent, succession, and learning information within relevant HR systems and ensure timely and reliable reporting.
  • Coordinate stakeholders and communications – Partner with Talent Management, L&D, HR Business Partners, business leaders, employees, and external vendors to ensure smooth execution of programs and activities.
  • Support program governance and execution – Track timelines, deliverables, participation, budgets where applicable, and follow-up actions to ensure Talent Management and L&D initiatives are delivered effectively and on schedule. 

 

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least 5-7 years of related experience, with relevant tertiary qualification.
  • Demonstrated experience and capability in a business partnering role.
  • A business and customer focused HR professional with strategic experience in partnering with leaders across the business and geographies in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication, stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.  Ability to engage, build and maintain trusting relationships with business stakeholders at all levels.
  • Effective business partner with the ability to lead HR activities across all areas and proven ability to influence change
  • Demonstrated experience in supporting the business to attract and develop talent, employee engagement, organizational design and organizational effectiveness, change management, talent management etc.
  • Resilient, driven, independent and adaptable professional who can deliver high quality outcomes that are business impacting
  • Experience working in a dynamic, matrix, changing environment within an HR team
  • Experience supporting commercial organizations within a multinational company.
  • Experience partnering with leaders across multiple countries or within a regional matrix environment.
  • Demonstrated experience leading organization design, talent reviews and workforce planning.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to influence leaders through data and insights.
  • Comfortably operating in an ambiguous and fast-paced environment.
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders with competing priorities.
