Senior Process Enablement Analyst, APAC Supply Chain

Purpose Statement

The Senior Process Enablement Analyst is responsible for end-to-end ownership of system requirement definition and delivery for assigned product areas across regional digital platforms and systems. This role drives translation of business processes into scalable system solutions, ensures delivery quality across design, build, testing, and rollout, and acts as the primary owner for solution outcomes across countries.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end system requirements for assigned product areas, ensuring alignment with regional business processes and priorities.
• Translate business needs into clear, scalable functional requirements, including business rules, logic flows, dependencies, and constraints.
• Define, prioritize, and govern the product backlog for assigned scope, balancing country needs, technical feasibility, and delivery timelines.
• Partner with Process Excellence Analysts, IT teams, and vendors to translate approved process intent into system design and end-to-end system behavior.
• Review and approve Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS), UI/UX designs, and solution proposals, ensuring alignment with business intent and long-term system sustainability.
• Drive clarity on system logic, configurations, integrations, and data requirements across end-to-end processes.
• Guide UX design to ensure consistent, intuitive user experiences across countries and user groups.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) strategy and execution, including test approach, defect prioritization, and final sign-off readiness.
• Support user demos, walkthroughs, and training preparation as required.
• Proactively manage system risks, dependencies, and trade-offs, escalating with clear options and recommendations.
• Own rollout readiness for assigned scope, including go-live validation, stabilization, and early-life support.
• Ensure delivered solutions align with governance, compliance, security requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement of product quality, usability, and delivery effectiveness.

Profile & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field; MBA, business analysis, or Agile/product certification is a plus
• 7–10 years of experience in system enablement, business analysis, product ownership, or digital delivery roles
• Strong ability to translate business needs into precise functional requirements, including business logic, data, validations, and dependencies
• Highly logical, structured, and detail-oriented thinker, able to decompose complex scenarios into scalable system solutions
• Solid understanding of SAP process flows and master data structures (e.g. customer, product, pricing, inventory)
• Experience with SAP-integrated systems or enterprise e-commerce platforms supporting order, inventory, pricing, and billing processes
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, able to bridge commercial business, IT, and vendor teams
• Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments
• Fluent in English
