About the Role:
The Field Clinical Representative for urology is responsible for driving commercial execution and providing clinical and operational support within the assigned territory. This role combines clinical engagement with physicians and commercial responsibilities, with increasing accountability for account management and business development activities and operates as an independent contributor with no direct reports. The role requires a strong foundation in urology, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders while identifying opportunities to grow the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Commercial & Territory Execution
- Meet assigned sales targets within the designated territory.
- Identify and close business opportunities with existing customers.
- Execute account management plans aligned with company objectives.
- Monitor account performance and identify areas for growth.
- Contribute to the development of strategies to increase market share in assigned accounts
Clinical Support
- Provide technical and procedural support during procedures.
- Ensure the correct and efficient use of products during procedures.
- Support physicians and clinical teams in routine and moderately complex cases.
- Acquire a solid clinical understanding of urological therapies and products.
Account Operations & Inventory Management
- Manage the administrative aspects of assigned accounts with a degree of autonomy.
- Ensure accurate control of inventory, stock levels, and product turnover.
- Anticipate product needs based on planning procedures and consumption history.
- Coordinate effectively with the logistics department to ensure product availability.
- Keep reporting and accounting documentation up to date.
Accounts & Stakeholder Management
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including:
- Urologists
- Clinical staff
- Procurement and logistics teams
- Understand account dynamics and support account management in accordance with the strategies defined for each account.
- Provide ongoing support and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.
Commercial & Educational Activities
- Support logistics and coordination of training sessions and events.
- Participate in customer education initiatives.
- Execute commercial and educational initiatives to support product adoption.
- Identify barriers to product usage and escalate or address them appropriately.
- Collaborate with internal teams to implement growth initiatives.
Required qualifications: --- MUST.

- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Health Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, or related fields
- Ideally, some experience in medical devices, healthcare, or clinical settings.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of urological procedures.
- Experience in customer service roles (clinical support and/or sales).
- Strong organizational and inventory management skills.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Ability to work independently in clinical settings.
- Intermediate level of English.

- Knowledge of hospital purchasing, procurement, and logistics processes.
- Experience managing public and private accounts.
