About the Role
This position is designed for a strategic leader with a strong background in marketing or commercial operations. The role involves managing portfolios, leading teams, and driving market development initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a results-oriented mindset, strong leadership, and the ability to navigate complex business environments—particularly within the healthcare, technology, or consumer goods sectors.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and guiding teams to foster a high-performance culture
  • Developing and executing strategic portfolio plans
  • Monitoring sales performance and preparing analytical reports
  • Engaging with clients to identify and capitalize on business opportunities
  • Applying financial judgment to assess business viability and impact on P&L

 

Required Qualifications

Education & Training

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Health Sciences, or related fields
  • Additional studies in marketing or commercial processes
  • English proficiency: Minimum B2 level / >70%

Experience

  • 5+ years in marketing or commercial roles
  • Minimum 3 years managing portfolios or leading market development teams
