Field Execution Manager for Spinal Cord Stimulator - West Area (up to 50% travel)

Your responsibilities will include: 

  • Responsible for defining and developing new business opportunities within a defined geographical territory that clearly reflect the company's vision and priorities regarding product usage. Develops people and maintains an awareness of local competitive conditions to increase sales. Manages territory with integrity and in accordance with our Code of Conduct. 
  • Continuously prospects for new customers, acts on leads and persuasively positions our products and services versus competitors. Drives sales revenue to achieve or exceed divisional priorities. Demonstrates expert knowledge and insight of competitor strengths, weaknesses and strategies. Establishes the competitive culture for sales across region and nationally. 
  • Translates business strategy into clear objectives by maintaining pricing strategy discipline, anticipating problems and establishing procedures for meeting goals. Acts in accordance with compliance, quality and T&E policies.  Demonstrates mastery in understanding financial management principles and its impact at a territory, regional and national levels. Collaborates with Regional Business Director, Health Economics & Reimbursement, and National Accounts to increase sales team success. 
  • Manages a wide range of internal and external networks.  Regularly provides coaching and feedback to staff and develops high performing teams. Supports and provides input to Initial Sales Training (IST), and national and corporate educational and marketing programs. Participates as a KOL for internal projects and input. Mentors Territory Managers and Clinical Specialists within region and nationally. 
  • Maintains an expert working knowledge of Boston Scientific Neuromodulation products and applications. Able to offer unique insights into advanced techniques. Highly sought after by both field and corporate regarding input for upcoming products and software, clinical and patient needs. Able to develop relationships with key opinion leaders.  Maintains composure in complex clinical situations.  
     

    What we are looking for in you:

    Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Minimum of five years’ work experience in a sales and/or clinical role or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% in the West area.
     
    Preferred Qualifications: 
  • MBA
  • Medical device sales experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Biology, Kinesiology or other science field.
