Come and start your career in medical device sales by becoming a Urology Graduate Account Manager with our Stone Therapy portfolio. This role will be based out of Bavaria or Baden-Württemberg region (e.g Stuttgart/Munich/Heilbronn/Ulm…)
Starting in February 2026 as a Urology Graduate Account Manager you will learn to identify commercial opportunities, contribute to account plans, and support regional sales strategies. Working closely with experienced colleagues, you’ll gain insight into growing market share, engaging clinical and economic stakeholders, and managing both capital and disposable product sales.
Key Responsibilities
• Market & Strategic Support: Gather market insights (competitors, reimbursement, stakeholder mapping) and support regional planning.
• Account Management: Assist in developing account plans, support Tier 1 accounts, and gradually manage Tier 2/3 accounts independently. Help build and maintain the sales pipeline.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Shadow senior staff to build relationships with urologists, OR teams, and hospital decision-makers; learn to present health-economic arguments.
• Sales Execution: Identify opportunities from clinical activities and support tender preparation and negotiations.
• Collaboration & Reporting: Work with clinical teams to understand evidence, and use reporting tools to track performance.
• Quality & Compliance: Adhere to Boston Scientific’s quality and patient-safety standards.
Profile
• Recent graduate (2025/26) in business, life sciences, engineering, or similar.
• Strong interest in medical devices/healthcare; urology exposure is a plus.
• Knowledge of or willingness to learn German healthcare, procurement, and tender processes.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Fluent German (C1/C2) and English (B2).
• Valid driving license obligatory, willing to travel extensively (up to ~80%).
• Motivation to support clinicians in the OR and learn procedural/product expertise.
