Business Support Partner (with Portuguese)

About the role:

The primary objective of this role is to provide administrative support to the Sales & Marketing teams in Portugal, ensuring a high level of service and customer satisfaction. Proficiency in Portuguese is required.

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Internal Request Forms (IRF) management for selected Healthcare Professionals’ interactions, events, and activities. Keeping close relation and communication with key stakeholders of the IRF process in Portugal.
  • PR (Purchase Requisition) and Purchase Order (PO) management. Responsible for ordering products or services for a third party.
  • Manage Portuguese invoices and follow up on payments.
  • Undertake other administrative activities as assigned by the Business Support Team Lead, including organizing logistics for events and supporting documentation, such as Infarmed reporting.

 

What are we looking for?

  • A graduate in Law, Tourism, Compliance, Business Administration, or related administrative studies.
  • 1-3 years of previous experience in service support-oriented roles.
  • Proficiency in Portuguese and fluent in English.
  • Highly organized, with experience in meeting and event planning being valued.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Problem-solving and customer-service orientation.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel).
