Clinical Support Intern- RhythmCARE

About the role

 

RhythmCARE is a leading provider of remote clinical support, technical troubleshooting, patient support and educational services in Rhythm Management across EMEA. Our mission is to empower healthcare professionals and enhance patient outcomes through innovative solutions.

 

Your Responsibilities will be

 

  1. Collaborate and Learn:
    • Work closely with our Clinical Services and LATITUDE teams to gain insights into cutting-edge technologies and clinical practices.
    • Participate in cross-functional meetings and learn from experienced professionals.
  2. Provide Business support and analytics to the RM Digital Health team, especially RhythmCARE:
    • Development and maintenance of regular and ad hoc reporting and tracking (SalesForce, Tableau, Excel and Power BI)
    • Ad hoc support with presentations and business cases
    • Marketing Support for RhythmCARE creating/updating Marketing materials
    • Assures that appropriate resources tools/documents are maintained and in order to assure compliance and adherence.
    • Operational management of remote technologies, in coordination with the remote Center of Excellence
    • Coordination of BSC events and visits
    • Management of vendors and purchasing orders
    • Coordination of storage and equipment
  3. Contribute to Innovation:
    • Contribute ideas for improving clinical services and enhancing customer experiences.

 

What Do We Look For In You

 

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Telecommunications Engineering, or any other Engineering or similar disciplines.
  • Strong communication skills and a passion for helping others.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint with some experience in database/analytics software package preferable (e.g., Tableau, SalesForce)
  • Knowledge of Adobe/Acrobat and Adobe InDesign is a plus
  • Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus)
  • Analytical skills, Problem solver and detailed oriented
  • Adaptable and fast learner: able to absorb new tools and approaches that will be exposed to
  • Creativity: supporting development of solutions for diverse challenges
  • Full time availability (40 hours per week)
