About the Role:
As a core member of the Sales Effectiveness Center of Excellence (CoE) in EMEA, the candidate will be responsible for providing analytical support in developing and improving tools and processes to support Process & Programs divisional teams in driving efficiency and effectiveness.
The person will play a key role in supporting the implementation and adoption of our CRM in EMEA, working closely with Divisional and cross–divisional stakeholders.
The candidate should be prepared to work in a fast-paced team environment, having to work in close collaboration with several functional and divisional stakeholders at the European and local levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Process & Programs CoE to drive the implementation of the Cloud Roadmap. Engage with divisional and cross-divisional stakeholders to gather requirements, conduct testing, and build metrics.
- Support the development of tools, analytics, and ad-hoc analyses to ease and enhance current business processes.
- Collaborate with Business Intelligence, Master Data Management, and other stakeholders within the C&CE team to provide business and process requirements for new systems or system enhancements.
- Create and maintain reporting and metrics for internal customers.
What we are looking for:
- Graduated or graduating from a Bachelor's or master’s degree in Economics/Statistics/Life Sciences or related fields
- Fluent English (level B2 or higher)
- Proactivity
- Analytical skills
- Excellent knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Capable of working within a remote environment both independently and as part of a team
- Accountability
- Knowledge of specific statistical tools (eg. R2, Minitab, SAS, SPSS) will be considered a plus
- Initial professional experience, ideally in the healthcare sector
