About The Role
We are currently looking for a candidate to join our Commercial Excellence team. The successful candidate will be offered an internship and will get the chance to work in a multinational environment, supporting a wide range of Commercial Excellence activities and helping improve how our commercial organisation works.
In this role, you will support project coordination, digital initiatives, process improvements, documentation, communications, reporting and day-to-day team operations. Work will be prioritised by the Commercial Excellence Lead and delivered in partnership with relevant team members, providing broad exposure to Commercial Excellence, digital enablement, commercial process improvement and business transformation.
Your Responsibilities Will Be
- Providing day-to-day operational support across the Commercial Excellence team.
- Coordinating meetings, workshops and team activities, including agendas, logistics, action tracking and follow-up.
- Maintaining project plans, action logs and milestone trackers across Commercial Excellence initiatives.
- Supporting the preparation of presentations, leadership updates and meeting materials.
- Assisting with team priorities and activities as directed by the Commercial Excellence Lead.
- Supporting routine activities related to digital enablement, commercial process improvement and Commercial Excellence initiatives.
- Assisting with Digital Champions communications and engagement activities.
- Supporting user onboarding, routine system administration and simple user queries for commercial digital tools.
- Helping monitor adoption metrics and maintaining routine trackers.
- Maintaining and updating Commercial Excellence documentation, process guides, standard operating procedures and templates.
- Supporting the management of SharePoint and other team knowledge repositories.
- Coordinating logistics for workshops, meetings and training sessions.
- Supporting the preparation of communications, presentations, user guides and learning materials.
- Supporting routine reporting, recurring dashboards and business updates.
- Performing basic data validation and quality checks where required.
- Identifying opportunities to improve team processes, templates and ways of working.
What Do We Look For In You
- Recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, Data Analytics or a related field.
- High level of spoken and written English; Spanish or other European languages would be a plus.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to coordinate several activities in parallel.
- Good analytical mindset and confidence working with Excel, PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Interest in Commercial Excellence, digital enablement, business transformation and process improvement.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders in an international environment.
- Proactive, collaborative, curious and willing to learn, with a continuous improvement mindset.
