We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive graduate to join our Commercial Learning & Development team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordination, communication, digital learning design and management. You’ll support the delivery of digital learning activities, onboard-style programs, coaching-based learning, learner follow-up, training operations and reporting. 

This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who wants exposure to learning operations, stakeholder coordination, digital platforms, learning design and commercial capability building in a medical device, corporate and international environment. 

 

What you’ll do:

  • Set up and manage digital learning activities in our learning platforms — including course creation, content uploads, learner enrolment, cohort management and completion tracking. 

  • Support the design and build of commercial enablement courses and AI-enabled coaching experiences that help sales teams practice and reinforce key skills. 

  • Coordinate training communications across the full campaign lifecycle, from launch emails and team announcements through to reminders and follow-ups. 

  • Organise live and virtual learning sessions, including scheduling, invitations, agendas and logistical coordination. 

  • Monitor learner progress, identify gaps or non-starters, and prepare reporting and summaries on participation, completion and feedback. 

  • Support the localisation of learning materials by coordinating translation workflows and review cycles with agencies and local stakeholders. 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders — including product, marketing, medical education and sales teams — to keep learning projects organised, on track and delivered to a high standard.

 

What we’re looking for:

  • A recent graduate in Digital Learning, Marketing, Communications or related fields. 

  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks, and projects, at the same time. 

  • Good attention to detail and confidence working with data, project task lists and deadlines. 

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. 

  • Confidence using tools such Articulate 360, Learning Management Systems, Microsoft 365 suite. 

  • An interest in medical device industry, training, learning operations, coordination or commercial enablement. 

  • A positive, dependable and team-oriented approach.
