About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate and motivated Data Analytics & Reporting Graduate to join our Urology EMEA Commercial Excellence team. This position will provide an invaluable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field of data analytics, working on meaningful projects that directly impact our operations and business strategies. The Data Analytics & Reporting Graduate will have the opportunity to learn how a multinational medical device company works from the inside.

 

In this job, you will be responsible to:

  • Create effective visualizations and dashboards using tools like Tableau to communicate key insights to internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain and update already existing dashboards.
  • Collect, clean, and analyze data from the data sources available in the company.
  • Automatization of project workflows such as automatization of report updates and extraction of databases used for reports.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of data pipelines to ensure data integrity and availability.
  • Work with other functional teams to understand their data needs and provide effective analytical solutions.

 

What are we looking for in you:

  • Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics or a related technical bachelor degree.
  • Fluency in English is a must.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in advanced programming languages, such as Python, Matlab or C++. Experience performing statistical analysis, data modeling, and task automatization.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is a plus.
  • SAP knowledge is welcome.
  • Experience working with advanced functions, formulas, pivot tables, and data manipulation techniques in Excel.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team, with strong communication skills.
  • Capacity to handle multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Self-motivated with great initiative attitude, pragmatic and hard worker.
