Digital Marketing Specialist, EMEA (Temporary Contract)

Location: in our offices in Madrid, on a hybrid working schedule (3 days per week in the office + 2 days per week working from home).
About the Role:
If you live and breathe digital marketing, we want you. We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist responsible for planning, executing and optimizing digital campaigns across different digital channels, within our Neuromodulation division. This position is a temporary position for maternity leave.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
Digital marketing planning and management
- Define the digital marketing strategy for the assigned business unit (Neuromodulation).
- Design, develop, and implement high impact integrated digital marketing programs.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to successfully align channel mix according to strategy & focus and provide recommendations to optimize mix or selection of new channels.
- Liaise with divisional marketing and digital marketing teams for adapting content, integration and validation in alignment and cooperation with Global/US teams.
- Identify and articulate best practices.
- Drive internal and external stakeholders, including agencies to meet deadlines and deliver on commitments.
- Support geographies to execute local digital strategies and online localization initiatives.
Metrics and Analysis
- Develop and monitor digital KPIs, measure and report performance of campaigns and inform multichannel dashboards.
- Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on insights.
- Proactively monitor and analyze competition’s online marketing.
Specific qualification required for this position:
- Proven work experience in digital marketing.
- Demonstratable experience leading and managing marketing database, email, social media, SEO/SEM, and/or display advertising campaigns.
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
- Working knowledge of Marketing Automation tools (Salesforce suite Marketing Cloud).
- Applied experience using measurement/analysis to regularly optimize Digital Marketing programs.
What are we looking for in you:
- University degree or equivalent, with at least 3-4 years’ experience in a similar position, ideally with experience working within a multinational organization.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, Campaign Creations via main Social Media (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube), CRM management (SalesForce or SalesCloud ideally) and E-mail marketing are required.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
- Proven excellence in written and verbal communications.
- Excellent command of English - any additional language will be an asset.
- Customer focused: ability to work cooperatively and proactively with colleagues inside and outside the team.
- Excellent organizational and Project Management skills.
- Self motivated and autonomous.
- Detailed orientated.
- Proven track record of exceptional performance, high productivity and the ability to meet deadlines.
