EMEA Business Integration Intern

About the Role
As a Business Integration Customer Care EMEA Intern, you will support new product launches by coordinating Customer Care activities and creating key materials such as playbooks, processes, and training content. You’ll work with senior project leads, use AI tools to develop supporting assets, and help ensure teams across EMEA are prepared for upcoming launches.
In this role, you will be responsible for:

Managing new product launch projects supporting all Customer Care activities across EMEA.

Delivering tangible outputs related to New Product Launches (playbook, redesigned processes, metrics).

Creating supporting materials using AI technology.

Creating communication materials and training content for Customer Care teams.

Supporting the Team of Senior Project Leads with project-related activities.
What we are looking for in you:

Good level of English (ideally B2 or above), both written and spoken, with strong reading comprehension skills.

Interest in project management, process optimization, or customer care operations.

Strong organizational and communication skills with an analytical mindset.

Aptitude for using advanced IT tools.

Ability to work in a team, adapt to new challenges and collaborate across functions.
