About The Role
We are seeking a Graphic Design Intern to support the PI Division’s visual identity and storytelling across EMEA. This person will contribute to the creation, adaptation, and quality assurance of digital and print assets for omnichannel marketing campaigns and Congresses, helping us communicate complex medical technologies in clear, compelling ways.
Your Responsibilities Will Be
- Produce and adapt basic graphics (social tiles, banners, posters, trade show panels, email headers, presentation visuals) within Boston Scientific Brand Standards.
- Localize, resize, and reformat global content for EMEA needs (language variants, dimensions, file outputs).
- Assist with sales and marketing collateral updates (sell sheets, flyers, one-pagers) under briefed templates.
- Support video edits (trim, captions, aspect ratios, intro/outro slates) for campaign use.
- Perform quality checks (layout alignment, color consistency, typography, asset naming).
- Help rebrand existing materials to align with current brand guidelines.
- Organize source files, metadata, and versions; upload and tag assets in the Digital Asset Management (DAM) system.
- Participate in small team meetings; capture requirements and translate them into creative deliverables.
- Collaborate with Marketing Content Specialists to facilitate Regulatory/Legal review and incorporate feedback.
What Do We Look for In You
- Recent Graduate of a Bachelor’s/Master’s in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Media Design, or related field.
- Working knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop. Basic familiarity with Premiere Pro (or similar) for straightforward edits is a plus.
- Portfolio demonstrating fundamentals in typography, layout, color, and brand application (academic or personal projects welcome).
- Fluent in English (B2+); any additional EMEA languages are a plus.
- Organized, detail-oriented, willing to learn, able to follow brand guidelines and iterate on feedback.
- Time-management and ability to handle multiple simple tasks under supervision.
