EMEA Talent Management Performance and Processes Senior Manager

About the role:

As the EMEA Talent Management Performance and Processes Senior Manager, you will design, implement, and monitor talent management processes of ongoing performance management and succession planning.

You will also focus on the future of the organization by providing a framework for individual career management and collaborating to the development of EMEA Key Talent, participating in the delivering of Talent programs for this group, and coaching senior leaders on their career development. Your knowledge and understanding of individual top talent and leadership teams will support building talent capabilities to optimize the growth of our business.

This role will work closely with the other EMEA Talent Managers (Talent Development - Coaching , culture and engagement - Talent Acquisition) to help identify potential talent to fill succession planning gaps, design, develop and facilitate talent development programs and initiatives and to support organization effectiveness and Strategic Workforce Planning. The role will also work closely with the global Enterprise Talent Management team to ensure alignment, consistency and efficiency around all related talent processes, development initiatives and programs.

 

Your Responsibilities will include:

Provides strategies and direction to embed High Performing Culture through

TM processes:

  • Prepare and execute the annual Talent Reviews & Succession Planning processes on a country, divisional/ functional, regional and enterprise level
  • Work closely with Data, Analytics & Insight COEs to gather a meaningful comprehensive understanding of relevant data and to support Talent Management, HR and Business Strategy
  • Provide support /consultation to the EMEA HR Business Partners as well as to Country HR Leads in the delivery of divisional and local Talent reviews.

Performance Management

  • Drive all activities associated with the Performance Management cycle (i.e., goal setting, mid-year and year-end reviews, performance rating calibration, development planning, feedback culture)
  • Provide support on performance management process to EMEA Sr. Leadership Team & HR Leadership Team that includes, but is not limited to, training, development and overall communication and awareness process.

Key talents development and career management

  • Support Key Talent Group members on their career progression by conducting regular career conversation, by supporting the design for Individual Development Plans in partnership with the HRBP.
  • Collaborate closely with the Talent Development team on the design and delivery of the Key Talent (Key Talent Forum and Alumni Group) programs and their development paths, ensuring alignment and integration with the overall talent strategy and initiatives. Ensure high-quality design and delivery, aiming to create innovative, impactful talent experience and position BSCI EMEA as an employer of choice among our target talent groups, both internally and externally.
  • Lead and manage the execution of all Key Talent coaching and mentoring to ensure great development experience.

 

What are we looking for in you?

  • Knowledge of operational as well as strategic Talent Management cycles and processes – succession planning, talent reviews, talent data analytics & scorecards, strategic workforce planning, performance management.  Ability to contribute to strategic workforce planning initiatives in line with organizational goals.
  • Strong and adaptable communication and facilitation skills to serve different customer groups in a diverse environment to provide great customer experience
  • A relevant coaching certification and experience would be preferred. If not provided, the willingness to take part in
  • A relevant coaching certification (or internal coaching qualifications such as 360° Feedback, Coaching Manager, Insights Discovery, Myers Briggs, StrengthsFinder etc.) would be a plus. Experience in instructional design and individual career management, or the willingness to learn these skills is a plus.
  • The role will be located in one of the main hub locations (Paris, London, Düsseldorf, Madrid, Milan, Kerkrade, Warsaw, Galway)
