About the role:


Remote Clinical Specialist (FCS) provides field/remote clinical, technical & educational support to assigned accounts at a Territory, Regional, National or EMEA level. Work is driven by Customer demand and planned coverage of business. The primary focus is with case support but using clinical expertise to influence Customer usage of the full portfolio.


In line with our RM vision with RM Digital Care, You will join the Technical Services and LATITUDE team in supporting & creating a ‘hub and bespoke’ approach to customer centric care. This strategic initiative aims to revolutionize the way we technically and clinically support our customers by:

•        Allow our in-country field teams to focus on activities that require them to be face to face with our customers

•        Leverage our remote competences to complement and increase our customer presence

•        Define advanced services and value offers that expand our scope of influence beyond physicians


The Service Hub will be based in Madrid and provide remote support for all our CRM and EP customers across EMEA.

Your responsabilities will include:


  • Providing field/ remote clinical support in the areas of supporting case coverage, basic troubleshooting, programming, and patient follow-up for company products.
  • Attending cases face to face/ remotely with our customer and advise physicians on clinical attributes / techniques associated with our products.
  • Customer coverage planned on customer needs and planned business coverage
  • Responding to customer needs and complaints regarding products and service by developing creative and feasible solutions or working with other related personnel to develop optimal solutions
  • Ensuring timely collection, reporting of all required medical documentation pertaining to our procedural device operation.
  • Supporting team to achieve projected sales goals and increase sales revenues. ​
  • Developing deep understanding on the workflows and specificities of each hospital & business relationships with hospital personnel (e.g., through informal conversation, meetings, participation in conferences) to make new contacts in other departments within hospital and to identify key decision makers in order to facilitate future sales.
  • Responding to complex customer needs and complaints regarding products and service by developing creative and feasible solutions or working with other related personnel (e.g., sales, clinical, research, marketing, technical support) to develop optimal solutions.
  • Recording customer information and activities in company’s CRM system: use the system as an alignment tool with other commercial roles.
  • Providing education support on product usage and customer training. ​


What we are looking in you


  • Fluent in English and any other European Language ( German OR Italian OR French)
  • Certain level of experience is preferable in the clinical environment
  • Engineering Degree (Biomedical)
