About the role
Start your career at Boston Scientific and gain hands-on experience across tender management, pricing and commercial operations.
We are looking for a motivated graduate to join our Iberia Quality & Tender (Q&T) team in Madrid. You’ll work alongside colleagues across the business, gaining broad exposure to how we manage public tenders, customer quotations, pricing conditions and commercial documentation.
From coordinating tender submissions and supporting pricing processes to identifying ways to improve how we work, you’ll have opportunities to learn, contribute and build valuable experience from the start.
Key Responsibilities
Tenders
- Identify new tender opportunities on a daily basis and communicate relevant opportunities to key stakeholders, including Marketing Managers, Account Managers, Regional Sales Managers and Country Leads.
- Coordinate the legal, technical and financial documentation required for tender submissions.
- Support the preparation, submission and follow-up of tender proposals to public administrations and procurement bodies.
- Ensure tender documentation is complete, accurate and aligned with commercial and legal requirements.
Pricing & Quotations
- Prepare, review and process customer quotations in accordance with company pricing policies.
- Maintain and update customer pricing conditions in SAP and other internal systems.
- Investigate and help resolve pricing discrepancies affecting customer orders and invoices.
- Support price book updates and other pricing maintenance activities.
- Ensure pricing information is accurate and aligned with approved commercial agreements.
- Coordinate with Sales, Customer Care, Finance and Commercial Operations to resolve pricing-related queries.
- Support contract pricing administration and commercial documentation.
Process Improvement & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of quotations, pricing approvals and customer agreements.
- Monitor shared mailboxes and support timely responses to pricing requests.
- Assist with documentation related to customer contracts and tenders.
- Support internal audits and ensure compliance with company procedures.
- Generate reports and monitor pricing-related KPIs.
- Identify opportunities to improve and simplify existing processes.
What we are looking for

You’ll also bring:
- A recently completed university degree, or be close to completing one (a degree in Law is preferred).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A proactive, curious approach and willingness to learn.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and work with different stakeholders.
- A collaborative mindset and an interest in finding new ways to solve problems.
- An excellent level of English and Spanish.
- Portuguese language skills are an advantage.
