We are seeking a curious, technology-driven and collaborative graduate to join our Healthcare Solutions & Services (HS&S) team in Spain. This early-career opportunity is ideal for someone looking to build a career at the intersection of digital health, medical technology and customer engagement.
You'll gain hands-on experience delivering, configuring, testing and supporting Boston Scientific's digital health solutions across EMEA while working alongside Solution Managers, engineers, business stakeholders and customers. We provide the training and support needed to help you grow and succeed.
Key responsibilities
-Digital solution delivery
-Support the delivery, configuration, testing and continuous improvement of digital health solutions throughout the solution lifecycle.
-Translate business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.
-Support sprint planning, backlog refinement and release preparation with Solution Managers and engineering teams.
-Prepare demonstration and pilot environments and contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing.
-Quality assurance and release validation
-Execute functional, regression and smoke testing across development, test and production environments.
-Identify, document and track software defects and configuration issues through resolution.
-Support deployment validation and post-release verification to ensure high-quality releases.
-Configuration and customer enablement
-Configure application settings, workflows and demo scenarios.
-Prepare demonstration environments and support customer demonstrations, onboarding and training across EMEA.
Operational support
Assist with issue triage, status updates and coordination across engineering, business and customer-facing teams.
Support customers during solution rollout and adoption while helping ensure successful delivery.
Qualifications
-Degree in IT, Computer Science, Data Science, Digital Health, Healthcare Technology, Life Sciences or a related field.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
-Fluent English & Spanish (C1)
-Understanding of software testing or quality assurance practices.
-Familiarity with enterprise applications, low-code platforms, basic scripting or database concepts.
-Interest in digital health, solution delivery and customer enablement.
-Interest in Agile methodologies and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft 365 and Teams.
