About The Role:


We are currently looking for a Marketing Graduate to join our Endoscopy Division to support the Marketing Operations Specialist who serves as Content Management Subject Matter Expert (SME) in supporting the BSC Digital Transformation journey. In this role, the Marketing Operations Specialist collaborates closely with divisional Marketing Teams and the EMEA Marketing Operations Centre of Excellence (COE). The role supports the Marketing teams in assessing current content, identifying content gaps, updating content, and exploring new content needs.

 

Your Responsibilities Will Include:


•    Become a divisional Subject Matter Expert of APPROVE & DISTRIBUTE, the Digital Asset Management (DAM) platform supporting the Marketing Operations Specialist with the diversity of stakeholders
•    Manage Submission to the PSST approval platform and train on the tools. Ensure deadlines are met.
•    Ensures interface with reviewers and content owners and first level assistance in case comments require amendment
•    Ensure compliance of all divisional materials with regulatory requirements prior to being used in markets. This includes collaterals to be updated for EU MDR, re-branding of acquired technologies and Direct to Patient/Direct to Referral materials.
•    Publish content to downstream channels from DISTRIBUTE
•    Become a divisional Subject Matter Expert of Pitcher, the sales enablement platform.
•    Manage user groups, content access and training for the Pitcher platform
•    Publish content to platform and manage content navigation & tagging
•    Drive the measurement and improvement of the process performance
•    Troubleshoot user issues as needed
•    Contribute to the improvements of the processes by funnelling feedback, making recommendations and be a change agent

 

What Are We Looking For In You?


•    Bachelor’s or master´s degree in in Marketing, Digital Marketing or Business Administration or similar fields, with an interest in developing within an international company. 
•    Any short previous experience in Marketing roles will be considered a plus. 
•    Fluent Spanish and English (B2 level or above). 
•    Strong project management skills & collaboration.
•    Strong presentation, writing and organisational skills.
•    Adaptable and fast learner. 
•    Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
•    Creativity.
