Marketing Intern LAAC (New Cardiology Division)

About the Role

The purpose of the role is to plan and implement marketing tactics to support the business objectives of the LAAC Franchise, within the New Cardiology division in Boston Scientific. LAAC (left atrial appendage closure) is a minimally- invasive therapy for Atrial Fibrillation patients being at a high risk of stroke and bleeding. The chosen candidate will work within a high-performing, fast-paced team: our mission is to deliver innovative solutions that transform the lives of patients and enable them to live longer, happier and more fulfilling lives.


#Responsibilities

  • Compile clinical data to help support our internal and external marketing campaigns.
  • Manage website updates and cooperate with digital teams and agencies to develop a tailored customers experience
  • Plan and execute marketing activities (digital, internal updates, newsletters, key messages) to support the franchises in cooperation with the Marketing Communication team
  • Prepare reports, analysis and budget trackers
  • Communicate to the countries available material and monitor promotional material usage and stocks;
  • Ensure that external marketing communications meet internal customers' needs, legal and regulatory guidelines; Manage the internal approval process for promotional materials
  • Support the planning and execution of major congresses: Contribute to the development of a high quality and consistent image of Boston Scientific at International and national events, aligned to corporate guidelines;
  • Cooperate with Supply& Demand team to ensure sufficient product supply
  • Support product managers in developing and delivering internal training (e.g. Brainsharks)
  • Quality: Ensure awareness and compliance with applicable standard operating procedures to meet, comply and champion all quality and regulatory commitments of Boston Scientific; Responsible for facilitating and championing the quality requirements and the messaging of compliance to internal and external customers for all events and campaigns.

 

#Profile Requirements

  • Already graduated in a Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Marketing or equivalent required
  • Fluency in English (B2 level or higher)
  • Being proactive and a strong communicator and team player
  • Good planning and organizational abilities
  • Analytical skills
  • Proficiency skills in Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Cloud would be ideal
  • Possibility to sign a full-time internship agreement.
