Marketing Operations Manager, EMEA

About the role
We’re looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to be the engine behind our EMEA marketing organization. This role owns the systems, processes, data, and governance that enable marketing teams to scale efficiently, make smarter decisions, and drive measurable impact. You’ll sit at the intersection of marketing, digital marketing, analytics, and technology, turning strategy into execution.
Location: Madrid, Milan or Paris (Voisins-le-Bretonneux)
Key Responsibilities
- Own and optimize the marketing operations platform (DAM APRIMO, Asana, SharePoint)
- Design, document, and improve marketing processes to increase efficiency and consistency
- Manage campaign execution workflows, timelines, and governance
- Lead marketing operations data management, reporting, and dashboarding to support decision-making
- Partner with Digital Marketing, EDUCARE and IT Commercial to ensure alignment on lead management, routing, and lifecycle definitions
- Define and track KPIs, OKRs, and performance metrics across for marketing operations activities
- Oversee budget tracking, forecasting, and ROI analysis for marketing operations projects
- Ensure compliance with data privacy, consent management, and internal governance standards
- Train and enable divisional marketing operations teams on tools, processes, and best practices
- Identify opportunities for automation, experimentation, and continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field (MBA a plus)
- 8+ years of experience in marketing positions, revenue operations, or a related role
- Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot, Eloqua)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Proven experience managing cross-functional stakeholders and complex projects
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments
Preferred Skills
- Experience with attribution modeling and funnel analytics
- Familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
- Understanding of B2B demand generation and lifecycle marketing
- Experience supporting global or multi-business marketing teams
