Profile:
To continuously support Europe’s growth strategy, the EMEA Integrated Marketing Communications team is dedicated to developing and delivering integrated, globally-consistent and customer-centric communication strategies and programs to enhance and differentiate the Boston Scientific brand, products, services and solutions in the European market.
The intern will be assisting the Marketing & Communication Neuromodulation team in creating new collaterals and supporting with deliverables for product and program launches, major communication campaigns, and relevant events/tradeshows.
Key responsibilities:

Ideate and execute creative omnichannel campaigns

Conceptualize, art direct, and develop online and offline executions
-
Create content (social media, digital, video, sales enablement materials) in line with overall divisional content strategy

Collaborate with agencies on projects to re-brand and/or update marketing materials, including translations and localizations.

Maintain communications databases and applications with latest collateral and send out communications to update the field
-
Partner with marketing and business development teams to coordinate and administer projects
-
Encourage own and team proactivity.

Maintain project status tracker
-
Request quotes, gain approvals and coordinate purchase orders in the system and update budget tracking
-
Create, evolve, and update intranet pages for sharing best-practice materials and relevant cross-functional content

Collaborate with Integrated Marketing Communications and other stakeholders on new ideas
-
Coordinate and track Promotional, Educational, Sales Support and Training (PSST) materials approval process
-
Coordinate internal newsletters
-
Other duties may be assigned
What we are looking for in you:

Graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Communications, Advertising, Graphic Design, Marketing, or similar
-
Fluent in English (written and verbal)
-
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva (video editing background a plus)

Strong design / content creation skills
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (e.g. Word, Excel, and Power Point, Outlook)

Strong organizational skills
-
Ability to multi-task and prioritize
-
Strong follow-through and attention to detail
-
Strong presentation skills
-
Good editorial judgment
-
Bachelor’s or master’s degree
-
Short working experience in projects will be considered a plus
