Omnichannel & Digital Marketing Graduate

About the Role

 

We are looking for a motivated and digitally curious Graduate to join the EMEA Digital Marketing team. In this role, you will support the planning and execution of digital initiatives across multiple franchises, contributing to campaign coordination, customer‑journey development, and enhancement of our regional digital presence.

 

You will work closely with senior digital marketers, local country teams, cross‑functional stakeholders, and global counterparts to help deliver omnichannel campaigns, support website updates, coordinate assets, and assist with data‑driven insights that inform marketing strategy. Your work will directly support digital activation, customer engagement, and operational excellence across EMEA.

 

This role offers hands‑on exposure to digital marketing in a fast‑evolving MedTech environment, with opportunities to build skills in campaign execution, analytics, UX/SEO fundamentals, and cross‑functional collaboration.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Digital Campaign Planning, Execution & Coordination

  • Support the planning and development of tactics such as e‑detailing, Marketing Cloud campaigns, webinars, and events, including data gathering and close‑the‑loop activities.
  • Support the definition of customer journeys for specific franchises or products based on customer segmentation and profiles.
  • Assist with planning and executing digital campaigns across web, email, social, search, and paid media under the guidance of senior marketers.
  • Coordinate assets, timelines, and inputs with internal stakeholders (content, omnichannel, regulatory, legal) and external agencies.
  • Ensure campaigns align with EMEA and Global digital strategy and standards.

Digital Presence & Foundation

  • Assist in coordinating website updates, creation of new pages, and integration of content within existing digital ecosystems.
  • Apply basic UX, SEO, and conversion best practices defined by central digital teams.
  • Help ensure compliance with internal digital governance and operating models.

Metrics, Reporting & Learning

  • Support tracking of digital campaign KPIs and performance across web, campaigns, digital and physical channels, and business impact.
  • Contribute to dashboards and reports by transforming data into clear insights with coaching from senior team members.
  • Leverage data collection and market research programs to enhance customer understanding and support a customer‑centric approach.
  • Capture learnings and best practices to support continuous improvement across EMEA.

Collaboration & Development

  • Work closely with local market teams while staying connected to Centers of Excellence and Global Digital Marketing.
  • Gradually build autonomy, project ownership, and digital maturity through structured onboarding and mentoring.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Marketing Communications, and Medical Education teams to support the execution of multichannel internal and external activities.

 

Profile & Requirements

 

  • Min. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (completed or near completion).
  • Foundational understanding of digital marketing channels such as web, email, social media, and paid media.
  • Analytical mindset with curiosity to explore data and derive insights; familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics or similar) is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Fluent English; additional European languages are a plus.
  • Proactive, collaborative, and eager to learn within a dynamic, international environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work with cross‑functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Salesforce or CRM systems is considered a plus.
