Pricing Analyst, Endoscopy EMEA (Temporary Contract)

About the role:

The EMEA Pricing Analyst will support the Endoscopy division in developing, maintaining, and executing Pricing Strategies, as well as key strategic projects implemented across divisions. This role will function at the EMEA level, collaborating with a broad range of EMEA business partners and country-specific sales, marketing, and finance teams.

 

In this role, you will be responsible to:

  • Evolve Pricing Framework:
    • Collaborate with cross-divisional teams to enhance pricing tools and processes, providing management with actionable insights through the collection of pricing business data.
    • Proactively contribute innovative ideas to improve current processes, tools, and solutions.
    • Drive usage of pricing analytics, fostering a pricing mindset culture across the organization.

 

  • Drive decisions based on reporting and analytics by:
    • Conducting ad-hoc analyses to delve into identified pricing challenges or opportunities.
    • Developing and leveraging analytics and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making for pricing execution, monitoring, identifying key behaviors, patterns, and areas for attention.

 

  • Execution & performance review:
    • Identify and operationalize core KPIs to monitor price performance according to marketing and commercial strategy.
    • Create standardized dashboards for regular review, focusing on deal execution, ASP erosion, premium price execution, and performance versus market, for key strategic franchises.

 

  • Pricing Strategy:
    • Partner with cluster sales and marketing teams to establish pricing strategies for product and service portfolios (segmentation, targeting, positioning), ensuring a clear linkage between commercial and financial objectives.

 

What we are looking for in you:

  • Professional Background: Over 2 years of experience in Pricing, Analytical roles, or Program Management within structured environments.
  • B2B Pricing Expertise: Extensive experience in B2B Pricing, including deep knowledge of pricing methodologies, best practices, and execution. Ability to creatively resolve a wide range of issues by applying a full understanding of your area of specialization.
  • Communication and Storytelling: Strong presentation and storytelling abilities, with excellent communication skills to influence and motivate stakeholders.
  • Data Analysis and Presentation: Proven ability to analyze data from multiple sources, and present your findings and recommendations effectively using storytelling techniques and impactful presentations.
  • Collaborative Spirit: Ability to thrive in an interconnected environment, collaborating extensively across different businesses and functions.
  • Commitment and Initiative: Highly committed and self-driven, with a willingness to challenge the status quo and develop improved ways of working.
  • Project Management: Strong project management skills, demonstrating the discipline of planning, prioritizing, executing, and monitoring projects and change activities to achieve specified outcomes within a clearly defined timeframe.
  • Innovation and Creativity: Consistently generate new ideas, methods, processes, and solutions. Utilize imagination, creativity, and critical thinking to solve problems and meet needs. Seek new approaches and innovations to improve business decisions, efficiencies, and customer experiences.
  • Team Collaboration: Foster an environment of mutual trust, respect, and collaboration within the team. Share relevant information and develop new ways of working to enhance team performance.
  • Technical Proficiencies:
    • Excellent business acumen, analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Proficient knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel required.
    • Tableau or other data visualization tool knowledge is a plus.
    • SQL, Access is a plus.
    • SalesCloud knowledge is a plus.
