We are looking for our Commercial Excellence team in Madrid for a 

Pricing Analyst Endoscopy EMEA (m/f/d) 

Pricing Analyst Role and Key Responsibilities:

Current Processes and Tools infrastructure

• Support pricing processes and tools within the division to drive sustainable pricing performance and margin optimization, in alignment with the EMEA pricing policy. This role will primarily collaborate with the division, while a separate resource will be dedicated to working closely with the Pricing CoE.
• Be the go-to person for knowledge on the pricing subject matter.
• Proactively contributing with new ideas to enhance current processes, tools, and solutions
•  Collaborate with cross-divisional teams to further improve pricing tools and processes, that provide management with actionable information, by gathering pricing business needs, propose, and developing processes and solutions to meet those needs.
• Collaborate closely with other CoE team members, ensuring alignment and coordination in the activities being driven.

Business support

• Support division on new product launches and acquisitions specifically related to integration in pricing CoE process and tools.
• Support Business in business model changes (indirect to direct business model) related to pricing process and tool coordination.
• Share pricing best practices across the organization and ensure solutions already present in the organization are fully leveraged.
• Train and support business partners and the pricing team on the use of pricing infrastructures.

Reporting & Analytics: 

• Conduct ad-hoc analyses to deep dive into any identified pricing challenge or opportunity.
• Develop and leverage analytics and dashboards that support data-driven decision making for pricing execution, monitoring, identifying key behaviors, patterns, and areas for attention.
• Drive usage of pricing analytics, contributing to the education and pricing culture across the organization.

What we are looking for in you:

• First experience in Pricing and/or Analytical roles within structured environments
• Proven ability to analyze data from different sources and present analysis and recommendations through successful communication plans, using storytelling techniques and effective presentation skills.
• Capable to communicate complex concepts and findings in a simple and immediate manner with good interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in an inter-connected company with high internal collaboration between different functions across different divisions.
• Project management Skills: Demonstrates the discipline of planning, prioritizing, executing, and monitoring projects and change activities to achieve specified outcomes within a clearly defined timeframe.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and tasks across different groups. Able to manage priorities and drive projects with support from senior members, with strong organizational and project management skills.
• Brings Innovative ideas: Generates new ideas, methods, processes, and solutions. 
• Contribute to an environment of mutual trust, respect, and collaboration within the team; share relevant information within the team and develop new ways of working to improve team performance.
• Technical experience in the following:
  • Good business acumen, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, required.
  • Tableau or other data visualization tool knowledge is a plus.
