Location: Preferably Madrid (Spain) or Milan (Italy), also possible for Paris (France), UK or Dusseldorf (Germany) with a hybrid working arrangement.
Salary: salary range depends on the country. For Italy and Spain, the range is approximately €50.000, - to €62.000, - excluding other benefits.

We’re looking for a proactive and curious pricing professional to join our Rhythm Management (RM) team, the division behind our Cardiac Rhythm Management and Electrophysiology portfolio. As our new Pricing Analyst RM EMEA, you’ll contribute to pricing strategy, reporting, and execution across the region, helping shape commercial decisions and supporting smarter, value-based deal design.
What your role will look like
You’ll be part of the RM EMEA Commercial & Customer Engagement (C&CE) team and report directly to our Pricing Lead RM EMEA. Working closely with the EMEA Pricing Center of Excellence, product management, and FP&A, you’ll bring clarity, insight, and consistency to our pricing strategy.
Here’s a glimpse of what you’ll be doing:
- Analyze pricing data and develop strategic and tactical recommendations.
- Build value-based pricing strategies and adapt them to country-specific market dynamics.
- Partner with sales and marketing teams to define clear customer price guidance.
- Own divisional pricing reporting and performance tracking: monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc.
- Support pricing execution and provide insights to local stakeholders in monthly price reviews.
- Collaborate with the COE to implement pricing tools and improve pricing processes across the region.
A day in your new life
You might start your day deep-diving into margin trends or pricing variances, then jump into a cross-functional session with marketing and sales to refine value messaging for a new CRM product. By the afternoon, you're preparing pricing dashboards for a quarterly business review or challenging assumptions in a pricing forum, helping local teams translate pricing data into practical decisions. This role is about more than crunching numbers: it's about being a strategic voice in the room and helping the business price smartly, competitively, and sustainably.
What you bring
You don’t need to be a pricing guru just yet but you do need the right mindset. If you're eager to learn, collaborate, and drive commercial impact, this role will offer the platform to grow. That said, you’ll likely thrive here if you:
- Have 3+ years of experience in pricing, commercial excellence, or sales operations, ideally in MedTech or otherwise in healthcare.
- Hold a degree in business, economics, engineering, or a related discipline.
- Bring a solid foundation in pricing strategy, analytics, and reporting.
- Are fluent in English, both written and spoken; additional European languages (Spanish, French, Italian, etc.) are a plus.
- Know how to simplify complex data and communicate clearly across functions.
- Feel comfortable influencing commercial decisions and challenging stakeholders constructively.
- Have experience with Tableau or similar reporting tools (a plus, not a dealbreaker).
