We’re looking for a curious, analytical and proactive mind to join our Rhythm Management (RM) team: the division behind our cardiac rhythm management and electrophysiology portfolio. As our new Pricing Specialist RM EMEA, you’ll support pricing strategy and execution across multiple countries, making sure our data, tools and business insights help drive smarter decisions and better outcomes. You’ll partner with local and regional leaders, contribute to pricing innovation, and make a real commercial impact.
What your role will look like:
From day one, you'll work closely with our Pricing Lead RM EMEA and join the Commercial & Customer Engagement Excellence (C&CE) team. Your focus? Delivering meaningful pricing insights, building and refining pricing tools, and supporting deal design across the EMEA region.
Here’s a glimpse of what you’ll be doing:
- Analyze pricing data and identify gaps, and then work with tender offices, sales, and marketing to close them.
- Proactively improve deal design in collaboration with sales teams.
- Help shape and track price performance through monthly reviews and reporting forums.
- Identify opportunities to improve price consistency, product mix, rebate configuration, and value-based pricing approaches.
- Support pricing tool implementation and rollout in collaboration with our EMEA Pricing Center of Excellence.
- Prepare and present pricing reports for monthly and quarterly business reviews and help local teams understand and act on the findings.
As a Pricing Specialist in the Rhythm Management EMEA team, you’re not just running reports - you’re in the conversation, asking the right questions, challenging assumptions, and guiding the team on how to structure deals that balance competitiveness with profitability This role is fast-paced, people-focused, and strategic—you’ll spend as much time influencing commercial decisions as you will refining models, with a strong sense of ownership and a clear impact on the business.

- Bring a solid foundation (around 3 years) with relevant experience in pricing, commercial excellence, or sales operations in MedTech, healthcare, or life sciences.
- Are analytical, data-savvy, and detail-oriented, with a strong grasp of pricing strategy and execution.
- Communicate like a pro: You can an communicate complex ideas simply and clearly: whether it’s in Excel, PowerPoint, or a cross-functional meeting. You feel confident in influencing and challenging sales and marketing leaders on commercial topics.
- Are fluent in English & Spanish – any additional European language is a plus.
- Enjoy working across borders, cultures, and functions and know how to build partnerships across the business.
- Know your way around reporting tools like Tableau (a plus, not a must).
