We create and maintain EMEA Pricing Policy, we build process and solutions to support its execution and to monitor divisional pricing Strategies. We share best practices across the organization, we drive price awareness across the organization, and we aim to be the go-to team for any pricing topic within it.

We support EMEA organization in complying with achieving pricing plan execution by partnering with the business, assessing pricing needs, proposing and developing pricing solutions.

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic Strategic Pricing Program Manager to join our team. In this role, as a pivotal member of our Pricing Center of Excellence (CoE) you will spearhead the development and implementation of our CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote), as one of our main initiatives, being responsible for driving cross-divisional and cross-functional aimed at optimizing pricing and margins within our organization.

As Strategic Program Manager:

  • Driving cross-divisional & cross-functional programs focused on pricing and margin optimization.
  • Collaborating with diverse teams to enhance pricing tools and processes, aligning them with actionable insights.
  • Supporting the development and execution of processes to improve pricing performance while adhering to EMEA pricing policies.
  • Cultivating strategic relationships with stakeholders to enhance collaboration and results.
  • Leading project planning, execution, and monitoring, ensuring alignment with established standards and budgets.
  • Championing innovation by generating new ideas and solutions to enhance business decisions and efficiency.
  • Utilizing data-driven insights to inform pricing strategies and decision-making processes:
    • Conducting ad-hoc analyses to deep dive in any identified pricing challenge or opportunity.
    • Developing and leveraging analytics and dashboards that support a data- driven decision making for pricing execution, monitoring, identifying key behaviors, patterns, and areas for attention.
    • Driving usage of pricing analytics, contributing to the education, and pricing culture across the organization.
  • Being a coach and supervisor to other CoE team members:
    • Engage them in overall divisional and SPM projects.
    • Coordinate and guide them in execution of the allocated activities.
    • Provide them feedback for improvement and follow up with action plans.

 

As a Pricing Partner to a Division and/or Region and Function:

  • Supporting them as a Pricing Subject Matter Expert (SME) on CoE pricing initiatives, process, and tools.
  • Support divisions on new product launches and acquisitions specifically related to integration in pricing CoE process and tools.
  • Support Business in business model changes (indirect to direct business model) related to pricing CoE process and tool coordination.
  • Ensure delivered of Train and support business partners and pricing team on the use of pricing infrastructures.
  • Share pricing best practices across the organization and ensure solutions already present in the organization are fully leveraged.
  • Collaborate closely with other CoE team members to ensure alignment and coordination in delivering the activities being driven.

 

What are we looking for in you:

  • 7+ years of experience in pricing, analytical, or program management roles within structured environments.
  • Proven expertise in B2B pricing methodologies, best practices, and execution.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and storytelling, with experience in effective presentation techniques.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment with a high degree of internal collaboration.
  • Strong project management skills, with a focus on planning, prioritization, and execution.
  • Demonstrated innovation and problem-solving abilities to drive business improvements.
  • Commitment to fostering a culture of trust, respect, and collaboration within the team.
  • Technical experience in the following:
    • Excellent business acumen, analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Proficient knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel required.
    • Tableau or other data visualization tool knowledge is a plus.
    • SQL, Access is a plus.
    • Sales cloud knowledge is a plus.
