Remote Sales Representative, Endoscopy (Iberia)

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

 

  • Take responsibility of a defined territory with an assigned pool of Boston Scientific customers, including existing and potential accounts. Deliver remote channel contacts with the focus on identifying business opportunities and enhancing sales results.
  • Setting a successful strategy and execution plan with National Commercial Contracting Manager with a focus on our GPO customers at national level.
  • Proactively contacting the assigned customers on a regular basis, mainly by phone and digital channels, to promote selected products and services to achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets, as agreed with the Manager.
  • Develop as professional Remote sales rep by acquiring working knowledge and selling techniques fundamentals.
  • Use the sales process, available systems and tools to plan, prepare and drive engagement with the customers, get commitment to buy, negotiate and close successful deals. Record the progress and plan future steps in the sales process in CRM tool SalesForce.
  • When appropriate and requested, collaborate remotely with field territory managers, to support the management of existing or potential customers.
  • Establish remote sustainable and business impactful relationship with any actor (e.g. KOL, physicians, head nurses, economic buyers) being part of the decision-making process of medical device procurements.
  • Achieve or exceed a minimum number of contacts to advance the sales process per week as defined with the operating Manager.
  • Manage and maintain contact and customer information in the CRM tool SalesForce by updating and capturing strategic information such as roles & responsibilities, number & type of procedures and customer preferences.
  • Complete centralized administration tasks relating to all assigned customers (tender, pricing approval, etc.) in collaboration with customer services to provide seamless customer experience.
  • Manage customer complaints and provide the best support to solve problems following the processes and procedures of the company.
  • Responsible for shipment to customers of samples, marketing material and any other information required.
  • Upon request, participate to internal team projects, sales meetings, training programs and conventions.
  • Represent Boston Scientific values and integrity and respect BSC mission, strategy and structure. Understand and comply with policies, quality standards and processes.

 

 

What are we looking for in you:

 

  • At least 2 years of experience in commercial role being Tele-sales/ Inside Sales or Field Account Manager.
  • Experience in Life Science Industry is preferred.
  • Ability to leverage sales methodology, deal making & negotiating skills in compliance with internal processes.
  • Ability to provide clear and impactful communication, verbally and through business writing. Tailor message to target audience and active listening.
  • Good analytical skills and ability to develop, understand and monitor sales results and analysis using the standard reporting and tools.
  • Digital savvy and/or willingness to learn new digital capabilities.
  • Spanish language (native speaker) and good level of English spoken and written; Portuguese knowledge will be considered a plus.
