This is a place where you can find a career with meaningful purpose—improving lives through your life’s work.

About the role

Our Digital Transformation Team is leading a major business transformation by implementing SAP S/4HANA across the organization. This change will not only affect the systems we use, but also the way we work — especially in our Sales and Marketing functions. As such, we are seeking a high-potential intern who can support this critical change from within the field organization.

During this 12-month internship, you will play a key role in ensuring that our commercial teams (sales and marketing) effectively understand, adopt, and implement new processes enabled by SAP S/4HANA. You will work closely with the Change Management team, Sales & Marketing stakeholders, and the SAP program leads at country level to ensure business continuity and drive impact.

In addition, you will contribute to the optimization of key processes that have a direct financial impact — including product write-offs, stock management, LCPPs, and the handling of demo consoles. You will help identify pain points, support data analysis, and track country-specific adaptations required for the full deployment of SAP capabilities.

This internship provides a unique opportunity to develop your skills in digital transformation, project and change management, and commercial operations — all within a highly dynamic and international environment.

Your Responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the implementation and change management activities related to SAP S/4HANA in the Sales & Marketing teams.
  • Helping local teams adopt new processes and tools by creating training materials, conducting workshops, and providing on-the-ground support.
  • Collaborating with country and regional teams to monitor process adoption, identify gaps, and propose corrective actions.
  • Analyzing commercial and operational processes such as product write-offs, LCPP lifecycle, demo console management, and inventory optimization.
  • Supporting the identification of improvement opportunities linked to SAP capabilities and tracking their implementation.
  • Participating in cross-functional working groups with finance, supply chain, commercial, and digital teams.

What are we looking for in you?

  • Recently graduated or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Fluent in English & Spanish (B2+); any additional language is a plus.
  • Interest in digital transformation, ERP systems (SAP knowledge is a plus), and business process optimization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Power BI knowledge or other advance data tools knowledge is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, especially in multicultural environments.
  • Proactive, curious, and able to work independently while managing multiple priorities.

What we can offer to you:

  • Paid 12-month internship (6 months + optional renewal)
  • Hands-on experience in a major digital transformation project (SAP S/4HANA)
  • Exposure to commercial operations and cross-functional collaboration
  • International environment and opportunity to network across EMEA
  • A supportive and inclusive culture that encourages innovation and continuous learning
  • Flexible working model
