About the Role
We are seeking a Salesforce Specialist to drive the successful implementation, adoption, and continuous improvement of Salesforce (SFDC) within the Urology EMEA division. This role serves as a key liaison between Sales, Marketing, IT, and Business Management, ensuring that Salesforce is effectively utilized to support business needs.
The ideal candidate will provide training, monitor data quality, and facilitate ongoing enhancements to the platform. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, project management skills, and strong communication abilities to engage stakeholders and optimize Salesforce usage.
In this Role, You Will Be Responsible For:
- Salesforce Implementation & Adoption: act as the primary Salesforce expert, ensuring effective usage aligned with business strategy; facilitate the adoption of best practices to maximize the platform’s value.
- Training & User Support: design and deliver comprehensive training programs (remote, in-person, and one-on-one) for over 200 users; provide first-level technical and functional support for daily operations, troubleshooting issues, and escalating complex problems.
- Platform Enhancement & Continuous Improvement: identify opportunities to improve Salesforce functionality by gathering user feedback and developing user stories for enhancements; collaborate with business users and IT teams to define and document process flows, requirements, and data models.
- Data Quality & Management: establish and monitor KPIs for data accuracy, completeness, and consistency; implement corrective actions and data cleaning initiatives when needed.
- Reporting & Analytics: develop and manage standardized dashboards and reports to provide business insights; work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze data and support decision-making.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Field Interaction: maintain regular communication with sales teams to understand challenges and enhance system effectiveness; conduct field visits to gain firsthand insight into Salesforce usability and improvement areas.
- Feedback & Change Management: establish feedback channels such as surveys, ambassador networks, and regular engagement sessions to capture and implement improvements.
What We Are Looking for in You:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in CRM implementation and management, preferably with Salesforce (SFDC).
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce functionalities, configuration, and reporting.
- Experience with data management, reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, SAP), and CRM optimization.
- Basic Salesforce Administrator capabilities (user management, permissions, and troubleshooting).
- Ability to lead projects with clear deliverables, deadlines, and milestones.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret business needs and translate them into actionable requirements.
- Excellent communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders across departments.
- Fluency in English and Spanish; any other main European language is a plus.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working both independently and within teams.
- Detail-oriented, pragmatic, and results-driven, with a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Occasional travel across Europe (approx. 2-3 days per month) for field visits and stakeholder meetings.
