Senior Product Manager - Therapy Development UroPH

 

About the role

The newly created role, EMEA Snr Therapy Development Product Manager is responsible for driving the therapy development strategy in key franchises at the EMEA level (with focus in key markets, UK, Germany, Spain & France).

Therapy Development is a systematic cadence of actions to drive faster adoption of our therapies. It is defined in a 7x7 matrix that outlines the technology adoption phases and key actions to comply in each section of the process, across various functions.

The role will require the ability to work collaboratively with a cross-functional team, translate insights into action, and the ability to identify business accelerators and innovative strategies to overcome market challenges and drive business.  This person is an experienced marketer and demonstrates strength in general franchise management, operates independently, requiring minimal supervision developing and executing key franchise strategies.

 

Your Responsibilities will include:

The new role will be responsible to set up strategies per franchise to move technologies along the matrix from one phase to another, with special attention to:

  • Leading the Therapy development cross-functional group to drive the therapy development objectives
  • Embedding the therapy development framework and components into execution processes
  • Championing, building and piloting Value Proposition (VP) development for key franchises (BPH & SpaceOAR) but also for other secondary technologies within UroPH,
  • Champion Data evidence generation requirements linked to VP for EMEA in conjunction with the Med Affairs & HEMA teams
  • Contributing to designing and rolling out cascaded innovative solutions to drive therapy penetration.
  • Delivering tangible tools & techniques to the sales team enabling deeper penetration of the technologies
  • Continuously monitoring, refining & adjusting plans based on results to ensure to reach target phase in the matrix, with special focus to Value proposition implementation & execution
  • Monitoring competitive landscape; anticipating competitive response to changing market dynamics; and proactively developing strategies to combat competitive activity

 

What are we looking for in you?

  • BA or BS degree required
  • 8-10 years of successful related Marketing Pharma and/or medical device experience preferred
  • Experience on clinical & economic study interpretation to drive marketing communications
  • Proven experience on value proposition & messaging/claims build through storytelling
  • Proven experience on managing complex cross-functional projects
  • Desirable experience on DTP/DTR activity
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Programs (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Excellence in Project Management
  • Excellence in communication skills
  • Must have demonstrated business partnering skills
