About The Role

The person we are looking for will provide valuable support to the Solution Delivery team, learning and familiarizing with automation tools, through guided training sessions and self-directed learning. 

Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Support automated order processing to facilitate accurate, smooth and efficient order entry in different systems, such as Esker and EDI. 
• Creation of reports and analytical activities.
• Support in transactional tasks (Manual intervention on EDI order, electronic invoicing/ order confirmations/delivery notes).
• Attend meetings/calls in both local language and English at a European level.

What Are We Looking For In You:

• Graduated in a Bachelor´s or Master's, in Economics, Business Administration, Information Systems or related.
• Fast learner with a curiosity and aptitude for technical learning.
• Customer care orientation.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, ability to collaborate with team members.
• High level of English (B2+ or above) and Spanish.
• Proficiency in Excel
• Experience in SAP is a plus
