As a Solutions Delivery Supervisor, you will help lead your team to success, ensuring that your team reaches its goals in automation while fostering collaboration across regions and departments.

What you’ll be doing
In this role, you will be responsible for managing and developing a diverse team of Solution Delivery Specialists located across Europe. Your primary focus will be on coaching and leading your team to achieve high performance while ensuring the successful execution of our Global Customer Experience (GCX) strategy. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, such as Customer Care, Technologies & Solutions, and Sales, to identify and address any operational challenges and blockers that may arise, while actively promoting automation across the organization.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Team Leadership & Development: Lead, coach, and develop your team to ensure individual and collective success, providing ongoing training and guidance to foster growth.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other teams such as Customer Care, Technologies & Solutions, and Sales to identify blockers and implement automation strategies.
  • Process Improvement & Automation: Actively drive process improvements and automation initiatives, helping reduce manual processes and improve efficiency across the organization.
  • Performance Monitoring: Set clear goals and performance metrics for your team, regularly assessing progress and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Project Support & Management: Assist in managing and supporting small-scale projects that drive operational efficiency and automation, collaborating with other departments to remove roadblocks.
  • Reporting & Insights: Regularly measure and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.


About you
You bring at least 3 years of experience in a similar supervisory role, preferably within automation, EDI, Esker, or other enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. You have a strong background in Operations, Supply Chain, Customer Care, or IT, and you’re a leader who thrives in managing virtual, multicultural teams. With your experience in coaching and supporting the development of team members, you excel in creating a positive and collaborative work environment. Your ability to analyze processes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement will allow you to make a real impact.

You will also bring:

  • Experience in People Management: Proven experience in leading, developing, and motivating a remote, diverse team.
  • Analytical & Process Improvement Skills: A keen ability to analyze processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive automation efforts.
  • Project Management Skills: Experience with small projects or process improvements, particularly in an agile environment.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Multilingual Advantage: Fluency in English is essential, and knowledge of other European languages is a bonus.

This is a full-time, hybrid position offering flexibility to work three days per week from the office closest to your home address (either in Madrid, Paris, Milan, or Dusseldorf).
