Location: Based across different regions in Spain (Dependent on the individual’s location), working remotely on territory.

As a Key Account Manager for Boston Scientific, you will be able to:


  • Facilitation of contract negotiations involving all company products
  • Create a compete “bundle” of product and value-add services
  • Reviews market analyses to determine customer needs, volume potential, price schedules, discount rates, and develops sales strategies to accommodate the goals of the company
  • Monitor reimbursement trends in the country, developing and executing the approach to include and maintain BSC products in the reimbursement system.
  • Help define negotiation parameters for tough economically constrained customer situations
  • Maintain knowledge of the industry and the competition continually seeking information from, suppliers, HMO and others to challenge, modify and prioritize country strategy
  • Maintain awareness of industry trends and their impact on country sales activities
  • Contracts follow up.


To join our talent community and be successful in such a role, you would need to have:


  • Previous experience in a Commercial Manager, Territory Manager, Regional Manager or Key Account Manager position or similar.
  • Experience of matrix selling or multi purchase contracts (Commercial Awareness).
  • Experience in strategy and planning.
  • Experience from the Medical Device industry is ideal, but we will consider other industries like Pharmaceuticals.
  • Ability to use/learn sales techniques and deal making & negotiating skills in compliance with internal processes.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Rapport and relationship building qualities (both in a Clinical, KOL and Procurement-based environment).
  • Being flexible with travel and supporting other territories when required.
  • Has a driven attitude
  • Be a self-starter
