About The Role
We are currently looking for a candidate to join our EMEA Medical Education team. The successful candidate will support the coordination, administration and operational execution of training programs and digital learning activities in a structured, fast-paced MedTech environment.
The intern will contribute to the smooth organization of face-to-face and virtual training events, support Learning Management System (LMS) administration tasks, and assist with tracking, reporting, communication and documentation processes.
Your Responsibilities Will Be
• Supporting A-Z administrative preparation of training courses, including registration tracking, attendee confirmation emails, calendar invites, participant lists and attendance sheets.
• Assisting with event logistics coordination, including venue communication, shipment tracking of training materials and demo assets, and welcome pack preparation.
• Maintaining updated participant databases and trackers.
• Supporting visa letter preparation and certificates of attendance.
• Assisting in post-event activities, including feedback survey distribution, evaluation consolidation, KPI data entry, agenda formatting and document preparation.
• Supporting LMS administrative tasks, including content approval workflows, supervised content uploads, course description updates, user lists and enrollment tracking.
• Performing quality checks on uploaded content, including links, formatting and access.
• Extracting participation data, maintaining Excel dashboards and supporting basic data analysis.
• Helping coordinate translation and approval workflows.
• Supporting webinar logistics, including invitations, attendee tracking and follow-up emails.
• Updating training calendars on internal platforms.
• Supporting EDUCARE community engagement initiatives, including mailing lists, engagement metrics tracking and the omnichannel customer journey.
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives by documenting processes.
What Do We Look For In You
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in progress or recently completed in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, Educational Technology, Event Management or a related field.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
• Structured and methodical approach, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Comfortable working with Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
• Interest in healthcare or medical devices.
• Experience with event organization, either academic or professional, is a plus.
• Basic understanding of LMS or digital learning platforms is a plus.
