About the role:
The Senior Sales Compensation Analyst will develop, design, and generate sales incentive compensation plans and for field sales personnel.  This position is critical to our Commercial Sales team by creating motivational sales incentive plans that drive desired selling behaviors to support our strategic sales strategy. This role requires strategic thinking, strong analytic skills, and the ability to influence sales leadership.

  • Your responsibilities will include:
    • Lead discovery, analysis and make recommendations to senior sales management on utilization of sales incentives to influence behaviors and drive sales force performance.
    • Design and prepare sales incentive compensation plans.
    • Leads compensation plan rollout to sales team.
    • Trains sales leadership on compensation philosophy and incentive plan specifics.
    • Develop and implement actionable sales facing tools to drive desired behaviors.
    • Influence quota methodology decisions.
    • Develop and communicate monthly compensation analytics and KPIs to sales leadership and key internal stakeholders.
    • Evaluate and influence decisions on compensation exception requests.
    • Prepare and control commission budgets and monthly forecast.
    • Strong collaboration across internal stakeholder teams including Sales Strategy, Sales Enablement, Finance and Marketing.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to mobilize key stakeholders and engage leadership
    • Highly analytical with the ability to analyze large sets of data from multiple perspectives to generate conclusions and drive decisions
    • Ability to interpret ambiguous requests, and partner with key stakeholders in driving goals
    • Lead modifications and enhancements to related sales compensation systems 
    • Evaluate current processes and interaction across divisional teams and partner to revise processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.


  • What we’re looking for in you:
    • Minimum Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Marketing, Economics or related discipline.
    • 5+ years of finance, sales support and/or related analytical work experience
    • Proficient with Microsoft Excel, advanced skills with Access, PowerPoint and Word.
    • Must be a team player and be able to work with a positive attitude in the fast-paced world of sales.  
    • Individual should be able to build long lasting relationships with key contacts at all levels of the sales and BSC organization 
    • Detail-oriented but can manage and prioritize multiple projects while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.  
    • Individual should be able to balance short-term, urgent needs with long-term strategic initiatives
