About the role:
The Sales Compensation Analyst II administrates sales compensation plans, programs and employment agreements. As an integral member of the Sales Compensation team, this position gathers and maintains critical information to ensure compensation is paid accurately.  This role requires attention to detail, comprehensive organization skills, strong communication skills and business acumen.

  • Your responsibilities will include:
    • Processing and reporting of compensation, revenue and quota adjustments
    • Managing monthly/quarterly accrual process
    • Managing monthly/quarterly commission and bonus payment process
    • Validating data and commission rates to ensure accurate expense forecast and payments
    • Completing regular SOX validation and audits
    • Managing employee agreement process
    • Distributing Sales Incentive Plan Documents to sales team members
    • Assisting sales team with sales compensation and sales hierarchy questions and concerns
    • Maintaining and validating monthly revenue and quota
    • Preparation of pay feed data, approvals and submission to payroll
    • Documentation of compensation or revenue exceptions
    • Providing sales compensation reporting and analysis to sales team
    • Enhancing and modifying sales compensation processes and systems 


  • What we’re looking for in you:
    • Minimum Qualifications
    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
    • Minimum of 2 years’ experience working with a commission software
    • Minimum of 2 years of Excel experience - ability to access databases, cross reference and data validation, basic formula understanding
    • Ability to work independently and prioritize direction from several leaders.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
    • Sales compensation experience
    • Anaplan software experience 
    • Sales operations and analytics experience
