We are looking to add a Business Process Analyst II to your Project Management Team.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Define and deliver metrics, reporting platforms, dashboards, and milestones vital for tracking and managing the PI Division’s portfolios and projects

  • Identify, analyze, and interpret trends and patterns in complex data sets

  • Partner closely with Finance on portfolio processes – including the Strategic Plan, Annual Operating Plan, and quarterly forecasts

  • Responsible for headcount reporting and Kronos compliance on PI New Product Development functions

  • Provide monthly/quarterly results to Project Managers and Functional Leaders that visually communicates data and metrics

  • Support quarterly forecasting, budgeting processes and expense & headcount planning applications

  • Work with management to prioritize business and information needs

  • Understand databases and data collection systems to collaborate with developers regarding database issues and functionality

  • Become subject matter expert for PPMS, Project-Home, and upcoming Portfolio Management System

 

Requirements/Skills:

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate large amounts of information

  • Experience using Power BI or Tableau business intelligence software & visualizations

  • Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings

  • Proficient at developing and deploying dashboards to collect data-backed insights

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Economics, Data Analytics or Finance

  • 2+ years proven work experience as a Data Analyst or Business Analyst

  • Strong Excel user, comfortable with vlookups, pivot tables, and plug-ins

  • Excellent with MS tools (Office 365 Suite, Power Platform)

  • Familiarity with business intelligence software and Sharepoint
