About the Role:
Boston Scientific is seeking a Sr. Project Lead to join our growing Planning team. This role will serve as the functional SME & leader of Project Management for the Maple Grove Planning team.  The Project Lead partners with our Planning team, Business Process team & other functional teams to facilitate Planning’s projects, develop solutions/ enhancements, and drive standard work. Your Responsibilities will Include:

  • Demonstrate strong leadership capabilities across multiple functions, communicate to multiple levels, and form relationships/ trust quickly
  • Drive development and refinement of the key Planning projects/ initiatives – including communicating priorities, tracking project schedules, identifying risks and developing/ executing contingency plans
  • Facilitate alignment/ prioritization of Planning initiatives between Maple Grove Planning, Business Process & critical functional partners regarding projects & standard work.
  • Influence cross functional Supply Chain teams to reach best results through system and business knowledge base
  • Help drive improvements of Planning core business processes – including monthly Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SI&OP) and weekly Execution Mgmt./ Schedule Adherence processes. 
  • Identify process improvement and system opportunities for site Management, network BPLs & GSC/ COE teams


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
  • Direct experience in Supply Chain Management & Production flow & execution
  • Knowledge of concepts & experience across the end-to-end Supply Chain – production, Planning & ERP systems/ tools

Preferred Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of project management experience
  • Lean Leader/ Six Sigma Certification and/or APICS Certification
  • Experience with SAP and Rapid Response
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects
  • Exceptional influencing and interpersonal skills; managing change; goal setting; project management and problem solving.
