In Peripheral Intervention (PI) we treat vascular system blockages in areas such as the carotid and renal arteries and the lower extremities, treating, Peripheral Vascular Diseases and Pulmonary Embolisms.

 

Given the high-profile nature of the position, candidates should possess strong communication skills, the ability to work in cross-functional teams, and a proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast paced, continuously changing and challenging environment. Further, the corporation’s focus on patient safety and product quality make strong character and integrity a prerequisite.

 

The Senior Financial Analyst role will be primarily focused on oversight and analysis of the PI Interventional Oncology (IO) Franchise.

 

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Monthly and quarterly actuals reporting;
  • Prepare operating expense cost center budgets, complete month end close and report on variances to plan and forecast
  • Prepare and distribute financial reporting to both senior management and other functions;
  • Assist with Strategic Plan, Annual Operating Plan and quarterly forecasting cycles leveraging both historic and current business information;
  • Develop ad hoc analysis and presentations for senior management to provide insight into trends and variance analysis; and
  • Report to IO Senior Manager and work together to financially manage and report the IO business unit

 

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
  • 4-6 years’ progressive experience
  • Strong financial analysis, communication and prioritization skills
  • Ability to develop and maintain business relationships with strong service orientation
  • Strong attention to detail and data quality
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities and adhere to deadlines in a high-paced organization
  • Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint required
  • Team orientated

  • MBA or CPA a plus
  • Financial tools (Hyperion (Oracle), SAP a plus
